To create a common vision for the content, delivery, measurement, and sustainment of patient-centered high value care; facilitate multi-level system change in support of it; and continuously advance learning and science to optimize it.

Our goals:

• Maintain an up-to-date library of evidence on the state of the science and field, and relevant context for patient-centered high value care;

• Provide a toolkit of theory-informed, evidence-based briefs and resources;

• Actively disseminate the toolkit;

• Tailor the toolkit to address needs across settings and populations;

• Identify important gaps in research and education;

• Collaborate with others to pilot test, scale-up, and spread the toolkit in educational, research, practice, and policy settings.
